Zensah Running Leg Compression Sleeves, Calf Compression Sleeve for Men and Women (Black)

Footless calf sleeves to pull on before the feet go up.

Best for the feet-up end of a post-run routinerunners who dislike full compression sockstravel after a race

Calf sleeves are the last layer of the routine – something to pull on before the feet go up. Zensah’s are footless tubes in a 90% nylon, 10% spandex knit with chevron ribbing along the shin; the maker describes the compression as graduated and the fabric as moisture-wicking. They are machine washable and, per the listing, made in the US.

What the listing does not give is a compression level in mmHg, and sizing comes in three combined ranges, so the size chart deserves a careful look. Because the sleeves stop at the ankle they leave the foot uncovered – comfortable with bare feet at home, but not a substitute for a full compression sock.

Tip: Let massage oil sink in for a few minutes before you pull them on, and take them off if your feet tingle or feel cold.
