Amazon Basics 3-Tier Rolling Utility Cart, Storage Organizer, Lockable Wheels, Multifunctional Storage, Portable Mobile Shelving Unit, White

A narrow three-tier metal cart on casters that turns a scattered recovery kit into one tower you can roll to the floor.

A recovery kit fails the same way every time: the pieces are fine, but they live in five places. A three-tier cart is the least clever fix and the one that works, because it gives every piece a fixed slot and can be rolled to the spot where you actually stretch. The Amazon Basics cart is 13.9 by 18.4 in (35 × 47 cm) on the floor and 31 in (79 cm) tall, with three recessed metal bins with mesh bottoms, four rubber swivel casters and a curved push handle. The maker gives an anti-rust painted finish and says it can be used indoors or out.

What the listing does not give is a load capacity per tier or the inside size of the bins, so a long roller may or may not lie in one – measure the bin before planning around it. The title promises lockable wheels; the bullets do not say how many of the four lock.

Tip: Keep the top tier for small, light things and the bulky ones low, so the cart does not get top-heavy when you push it over a rug edge.
