SuperlightingLED 24V 2700K Warm White Sauna Lights High Temperature LED Strip IP68 Waterproof, 5m/16.4ft 600 LEDs

The warmest white in the range – a candle-colored glow under the bench instead of a bulb overhead.

Nothing changes a sauna’s look faster than taking the light off the ceiling. A bare bulb overhead flattens the wood and lights every drop of sweat; a strip tucked under the bench edge lights the room from below and leaves the ceiling dark. This SuperlightingLED roll is the 2700K version of the maker’s sauna strip: 16.4 ft (5 m) of 600 warm-white LEDs in a silicone sleeve, rated IP68 and, per the maker, for −13 to 212 °F (−25 to 100 °C). The 2700K color is a touch warmer than the common 3000K, which is the difference between “warm white” and “candle”.

It is a small wiring job, not a sticker. The strip ends in a DC connector and needs a 24 V adapter of at least 60 W, which is not included, and a dimmer is optional and also sold separately. It can be cut every 1.96 in (50 mm) to fit the bench, and the box holds 10 clips and 20 screws for fixing it where adhesive might let go. Mind the 212 °F (100 °C) limit: the air under a sauna ceiling and above the heater can be hotter than that, so this is a light for low down.

Tip: Keep the power adapter and the dimmer outside the hot room, in a dry place, and have an electrician do or check the wiring – even at 24 V, a sauna is no place for improvised connections.
