Lifepro RejuvaWrap Infrared Sauna Blanket with Low EMF and 9 Temp Levels (Black)

A zip-up infrared blanket that makes a bed or sofa the warm half of a contrast routine – and folds into a bag afterward.

Best for homes without room for a saunashort heat sessions before cold watergear that has to store away

A sauna blanket is the smallest way to own the warm half of a contrast routine: a zip-up sleeve, 71 × 36 in (180 × 91 cm), that lies on a bed, a sofa or a mat on the floor and folds into its carry bag when the session is over. This one heats with carbon-fiber elements inside a PU and PVC shell. The controller sets nine levels, which the listing gives as 95 to 176 °F (35–80 °C), and a timer from 5 to 60 minutes that switches the blanket off when it runs out.

It is not instant. The maker gives 5 to 10 minutes of warm-up and up to 10 to 15 to reach full temperature, so the blanket goes on first and everything else is set up while it heats. The listing points to the user manual for setup, temperature choice and operation – read it before the first session, start on a low level and work up over several days.

Tip: Set the blanket’s own timer to the length of your heat round as well – if you doze off, it switches off instead of running on.
